Rui Ribeiro
Rui Ribeiro is a Portuguese born composer. Apart from his achievements as a composer, arranger and producer for many prestigious artists in his country, he devotes himself simultaneously to a solo career. His first solo albums Miniatures I (2015), Miniatures II (2019) and Recollections (2020) are presented in a neo-classical aesthetic and set the tone for his subsequent works. The newly released album Miniatures III it’s his fifth studio album and third volume of the "Miniatures" collection, a format that consists of small pieces for solo piano, performed by the composer himself. Rui Ribeiro's music is strongly influenced by nature and his own lifetime memories. He’s an early bird, Nature lover, and loves both cats and dogs equally. In his own words, “At the end of the day, If I can make somebody’s life a little better with the music I create, then I will feel fulfilled.”
